SW Engineering, trainees

We are looking for ambitious software talents to strengthen our team of 30+ engineers.
We are a development and consulting company delivering technical solutions of the highest quality to some of Denmark’s and the world’s largest companies – in sectors such as defense, energy, transport, and industry.

As a Software Engineer Trainee at Circle Consult, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through real projects at one of our offices, working alongside skilled colleagues and often in direct dialogue with end customers.

Your primary tasks

  • Develop software for embedded systems, desktop, or cloud solutions
  • Program in C/C++, Python, or other relevant languages
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of software
  • Work with real-time control, IoT, or AI integration
  • Document code, processes, and technical solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the hardware and mechanics teams on cross-disciplinary solutions

We expect that you

  • Are pursuing an engineering degree in software, electronics, or a related field
  • Have an interest in embedded development, application development, or AI
  • Can work in a structured way and learn quickly
  • Are curious, solution-oriented, and ready to ask questions
  • Thrive both in independent work and team collaboration

Advantages (not required)

  • Experience with Git or other version control tools
  • Knowledge of embedded platforms such as STM32, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi
  • Experience with UI/UX development
  • Understanding of hardware/software integration
