Expectation alignment
It is crucial to clarify expectations – both the customer’s and ours.
Often, very different corporate and professional cultures meet. Being able to establish a common language is therefore vital, so that misunderstandings can be minimized.
Typically, the requirements will not be fully defined at the start of the project, so it is important to be able to navigate in a dynamic environment with requirements that change continuously.
Timeline and resource planning
Together with the customer, we set up a detailed schedule for the execution of the project – and staff the project with the best team for the task.
Documentation, evaluation, and follow-up
The project’s tasks are continuously described as agreed. After the completion of the project, an evaluation of the process is carried out – and follow-up is conducted on selected focus areas, also with a view to the further development of our standards and procedures.
